Terms & Conditions
By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Accounts & online features
- The Game is playable offline without an account.
- Online features (friends, oil sending/requesting, leaderboards) require signing in with Google and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and Google account secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not: cheat or manipulate scores, oil, coins or leaderboards; harass or abuse other players; attempt to access others’ accounts; reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service; or use the Game unlawfully. We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Virtual items
Coins, oil, jars and similar are virtual items with no real-world value, are not redeemable for money, and may change or be reset. Any purchases (if offered) are handled by Google Play and subject to Google’s terms.
5. User content
Display names and similar content you provide must not be offensive, infringing or unlawful. We may remove them.
6. Availability
Online features are provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms (new effective date; significant changes notified in-app). These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
